Mine Hill Capital Limited is committed to acting in the best interests of our clients and to identifying, preventing and managing conflicts of interest.

We have a Conflicts of Interest Policy in place designed to identify situations that could give rise to a conflict between our interests, the interests of our clients, or between one client and another.

Where a conflict cannot be avoided, it will be managed and disclosed to the client in a clear and fair manner before any service is provided.
