Renumeration Disclosure

Mine Hill Capital Limited charges an annual implementation and advisory fee of up to 1.00% per annum. In certain portfolio management arrangements, we charge a performance fee of 10% of investment gains above the agreed benchmark, subject to a high-water mark.

Should any other fees be incurred, Mine Hill will communicate these to the relevant client before such fees are levied.
